Among the scads of Feng Shui books out there, this one is truly a breath of fresh air. I have been a follower of Feng Shui principles since long before they gained widespread popularity, and never has a book had such solid no-fluff information and reasoning behind it as this one.

Emmanuel’s Book - A Manuel for Living Comfortably in the Cosmos by Pat Rodegast 
My father was not a metaphysical man. In fact, most of my viewpoints and spiritual practices he found completely perplexing. But when my mother passed on in 1989, he was a total mess. Unable to grasp why such a horrendous tragedy would strike his world, he was searching for answers.
 
I gave him this book, knowing he might simply tossed it aside after reading that it was channeled information. But I thought if he could see life from a different perspective, perhaps he could make peace with my mother’s death.
 
Much to my surprise, he loved the book! It gave him great comfort, and he asked for more! I gave him Book II and as soon as Book III became available I bought him a copy. I was amazed that he connected so with these truths and wisdom, and extremely grateful to Pat that she had written these books.
 
The Sacred Journey: You and Your Higher Self by Lazaris 
Lazaris has been my primary spiritual teacher/friend for more than a decade now. His wisdom and knowledge far surpasses anything I’ve ever read. I truly believe creating a life we love is not fully possible without strengthening our spiritual connections, and this book is amazing at teaching us exactly how to do that.
