Conscious creation – made simple. Learn how: Subscribe

It sucks when you hate your life—even when you hate part of your life.

After you discover that you create your own reality, it can be doubly frustrating, because then you know that you are creating it—consciously or unconsciously.

So, if you find yourself doing what you hate and you know that your feelings of hatred and disgust are only creating more things to hate and be disgusted by, it can feel like a horrible, nightmarish merry-go-round that you can’t get off.

But wait, there is a way out! If you have portions of your life that you’d love to change in a heartbeat, then this video is for you:

It really comes back to taking a deep breath and taking our power back—then making choices to change. Change your thoughts, change your feelings, and change your beliefs, and your world has to change.

I’d love to hear from you in the comments below…

Did any of you struggle with changing something you hated? How did you get beyond the hatred and change the reality? Your story could change the life of someone with a similar struggle.

Thanks so much for joining me here.

I am in a job that I hate – I’ve been in it for 10 years, and haven’t been able to get out of it. For a looong time, I was stuck in a cycle of depression, severe anxiety, and horrible stress. But as I discovered Boni, and discovered energy healing, my situation has improved immensely! I still hate my job, and I intend to leave, but while I’m at my desk, I think about the things that give me joy – those things that I want to be doing, rather than being in the office: music and writing. And sometimes I work on those things while at my desk! I’ve written new poems and published them, I’ve purchased music equipment, or printed new pieces to practice and perform I’ve read articles to help improve my playing and technique. I have to do this secretly and discreetly, but it gives me joy, and improves my energy and my situation. As a matter of fact, I’ve just gotten a write-up in the university (where I work) newsletter about my having had a children’s poem accepted to Cricket Magazine! I feel that something will shift, and opportunities will arise for me to finally leave the office! I just need to send the right messages to the Universe! Boni, you are a life saver, and I am ALWAYS grateful for you and your help!!!!

You’re so welcome Carol! Congrats on your progress creating a job you love. It does take time, but now that you have the knowledge and are doing the work it should get easier and easier, and before you know it you’ll be loving every minute of every day!

I’ve had depression for the longest time, but by words of wisdom and the help of my friends, I have conquered my never ending sadness. Tips for people who are dealing with depression: Find something new or experience something new, for example: Find a new interest or hobby. Look forward to the future, find something or someone that you’re doing you’re daily struggles for, it may make you hopeful about what shall happen. Those are some ways I have gotten through my bad days.
